Colour Burst: Green

Green themes of Creation and Nature

The Colour Burst idea was a thing I thought up a year ago and it was meant to just be something i could throw lots of stuff meshed together in some kind of themed thing with the most used colour.....I did Red in relation to Rage and perhaps Horror and drew up one or two versions of the other colours but never really continued with some so I decided to make it one of those idea's to just do when it feels like it fits.
Colour Burst Green in the themes of Life, Creation and Nature was originally a much simpler design (can you believe) to begin with and I first drew it last november (I think) but I didn't care for it after a long time staring and not being sure about it. Eventually after going off and on I returned to it some time in march and re-did a bunch of bits adding and destroying. It became something I would sometimes have a play with while offhandedly sorting other doodles and life crap.    
If Im honest I may still feel the need to make adjustments on this but for now I just think it's time I got it up online and get on with some other stuff. 

Hope whoever see's it likes it, and thanks to anyone who might have been waiting for some new stuff up on here apologies for long Hiatus of sorts but I do intend to get some more stuff up soon.

My First Munny: Sculpt and Paint

Here is some images of my Munny design I came up with months ago. There was the original sculpt and then I went and re-did the face a couple times as it did not look right and then I realised the wrongness I was seeing was due to the Munny figure I bought not being entirely level, basically the left ear is odd angled as opposed to the other side. So I had to make up for some of that in sculpting.

I have been quite distracted the past few months with looking for a place to live and coping where I am which Im still doing but as you can see the sculpt and paint is sorted. I have started some of the Teddy bear half's sewing but I am also wanting to tend to other things that I have so far been unable to get too. So I will post the finished TED/DEMON Munny a.k.a Triple Six Ted as soon as Im able.

Pinhead of Hellraiser

I did a few drawings of old horror film characters around Halloween that I recently got around to colouring. Hope this version of Pinhead from Clive Barkers Hellraiser pleases you horror lovers.

Roller Derby Monsta Mash

I started this idea ages ago and then went and had other ideas that I realised may be better and I kinda added the odd bit to this every so often as I do with many unfinished personal project things and then I thought Id may as well just sort this in order let myself think more on another few Roller Derby based ideas I want to do with paint, as Im realising more and more how much I miss painting and not relying entirely on my digital arts.
But the Ladies featured in this are a few of the Newcastle Roller Derby and will be featured in my next bigger Derby piece.

My First Munny: Design

For a long time I have been meaning to get myself a Munny toy and do one of my design ideas. Now I have one I've decided to go with my Teddy turn Demon idea that I call Tripple-Six-Ted or Tripty for short. Its still in planning but I have started a bit on the demon face sculpting and Im thinking I may actually stitch the Teddy parts as originally I was just sculpting the whole of it. Should look good when finished these are just my basic design drafts so I may add or change as I work. 

Zombie Skater

Had a few Roller derby related drawings in my sketch pads for a while now, gradually getting around to adding colour. This is a simple Zombie Skater.....and yes as you may expect most of my derby art has some scary strange monster stuff involved.
